Ella fue el segundo proyecto de Park Kyung Rok, conocido como Owl, quien fue productor de sellos discográficos como JYP Entertainment y Brave Entertainment, y actualmente es dueño y productor de "Owl Production". Se murmura que su nombre artístico 'Lady Owl' derivó de ser la primera cantante solista de la empresa y por su relación con Kyung Rok.
